Atlas Weyhausen adds more power to wheeled loaders
Models including the 80e are on display with latest engine.
Atlas Weyhausen wheel loaders have been given a power boost as part of the developments to meet the latest emission standards.
The company is showing two of the new machine types, labelled as ‘e’ models, at the stand of its French business partner Payen.
The new ‘e’-type wheel loaders have been designed to provide a significant gain in terms of power and performance. Engine outputs now amount to 70kW for the AR 80e and 85kW for the AR 95e at 2,200rpm, representing a power increase of more than 15% for each.
The operating weight of the AR 80e has been raised to 6,100kg and there are also gains in both the thrust and the tipping load compared with the previous model.
