bC India exhibition ‘nearly’ fully booked

First publishedon www.WorldHighways.com
A leading global construction and mining machine industry showcase event being held in 2013 has nearly booked out its exhibition space – despite a 50% extension.

Organisers of the Bauma CONEXPO show bC India 2013, which will cover 150,000m2 of exhibition space compared to 88,000m2 in 2011, say they have drawn up a waiting list for some sections of the event being held from February 5 to 8, 2013, at the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai.

Among big names taking part in bC India for the first time are JCB, Hyundai, Case, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ashok Leyland, Cifa and Shantui.

Thomas Löffler, Chief Executive Officer bC Expo India Pvt. Ltd, said: “Many companies have booked more space than at the first event. That shows the high regard bC India already enjoys among exhibitors."

Amit Gossain, vice president marketing & business development at JCB India, said: “We are excited to participate in the bC India exhibition and look forward to presenting new innovations from JCB at the show.”

bC India 2013 will also feature first-time pavilions from Northern Ireland and Japan. And China, France, Great Britain, Italy, Russia, South Korea and Spain will all be organising joint presentations from their countries for the second time.
