Brazil’s road infrastructure to get part of US $ 1.36bn fund

Brazil’s road infrastructure is to be improved with a share of the Brazilian Bank for Economic and Social Development’s (BNDES) US $ 1.36 billion (BRL 2.76bn) investment fund for the states of Minas Gerais and Maranhao.
The money will also be spent on socioeconomic projects in education, health, sanitation, and public safety.
