Chinese Exim Bank

A Chinese loan will be used for road works in Bangladesh.

Serbia has signed a deal with Power China to construct the Ostruznica-Bubanj Potok section of the capital Belgrade’s ring road.

The Chinese Exim Bank is providing much of the funding for two highway projects in Macedonia. The construction work will be carried out by a Chinese contractor, which has signed a deal with the Macedonian Government. The Chinese Sinohydro Corporation will build two stretches of highway linking Kicevo-Ohrid and Miladinovci-Stip. These will measure 56.7km and 53km long, respectively. DELAYS are facing construction work on Serbia’s Corridor 10 highway project. An upgrade to the road link connecting the cities of Kampala and Entebbe in Uganda will be funded by a loan worth US$350 million being provided by the Chinese Exim Bank.
