A777 TRL-2320 Halcrow joint venture; Ove 1419 Arup & Partners with URS; 1397 AECOM and 3005 Atkins; and 2693 Parsons Brinckerhoff with 2782 WSP; may be used by the 5432 Department for Transport, 2309 Highways Agency or any other Government bodies, over a period of three years with the potential for a one-year extension.
