South Africa is planning a series of road improvements for the country’s network. In all contracts for 136 key projects have already been awarded by the South African National Roads Agency (Sanral).
The repair work being carried out is costing in excess of US$494 million for 2020. A further 278 road improvement projects are being planned for tendering in 2020 by Sanral. The aim is to start work on around 200 of these projects before the end of 2020.
